This policy explains what NoBrand Creative collects when you visit nobrandcreative.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.
Who we are
NoBrand Creative is a brand, film, and web studio at 831 W Pearl St #300, Lebanon, Indiana 46052. You can reach us at (765) 481-0471 or at tiffany@nobrandcreative.com. For anything in this policy, that address is the fastest way to get an answer.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you type: typically your name, email address, phone number, organization, and whatever you tell us about your project. If you book a call, we receive the details you enter when scheduling. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we receive your email address.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records technical details when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or search that sent you here. Our host, SiteGround, also keeps standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information through this website.
How we use it

- To deliver work you have hired us to do
- To send our newsletter, if you asked for it
- To understand which pages are useful and which are not
- To measure whether our advertising is working
- To keep the site secure and functioning
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our contact list.
Cookies and tracking
Nothing in the analytics or advertising categories runs until you say yes. You will see a consent banner on your first visit, and those scripts are not loaded at all until you choose. We also honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals automatically, so if your browser sends one you do not need to touch the banner.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising measurement, and security. Our Cookie Policy lists each service by name and explains how to control them.
In short, we currently use Google Analytics and Clicky to understand site traffic, Google Ads tags to measure and retarget advertising, and Google reCAPTCHA to keep spam out of our forms. Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make this business run, and only as much as they need. Today that list includes SiteGround (hosting), Google (analytics, advertising, fonts, reCAPTCHA), Clicky (analytics), and the email and scheduling platforms we use to reach you. Each of these has its own privacy terms.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If NoBrand Creative is ever sold or merged, client and contact records would transfer as part of that business.
Material from client projects
Video, photography, interviews, and other material we produce for clients are governed by the agreement with that client, not by this policy. If you appear in something we filmed and want to discuss its use, contact us directly and we will work it out with you and the client.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and project records are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and afterward for as long as our accounting and legal obligations require. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows each platform’s own retention settings.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email we send using the link at the bottom of it
- Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings
- Opt out of Google advertising at google.com/settings/ads
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We honor those requests regardless of where you are. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This site runs over HTTPS and is maintained under an active security and update plan. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold and we limit who inside the studio can see it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site.
